About Northwest Park’s 2020 Summer Camp Foxfire
Join us this summer for a nature adventure at Northwest Park! Camp Foxfire day camp engages children in active, field-based exploration where they can develop a deeper appreciation of nature while learning new skills and having fun outdoors. Themed activities are designed to stimulate scientific thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills children will need to become well informed and environmentally literate citizens in a rapidly changing world.
We invite you to register for one, two, or all three of the unique weekly themed sessions per camper. Camp sessions are based on what grade level your child will enter in the fall. To maximize each child’s learning experience and to accommodate as many Windsor children into the program as possible, children may only attend a maximum of three weeks at Camp Foxfire. Also, to keep the learning experience as diverse as possible, campers may not attend the same theme twice. Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
For more details and registration information, visit https://townofwindsorct.com/recreation/programs/camp-foxfire-2/, call 860-285-1886, or visit the Northwest Park Nature Center.
