How It Works

Bidding begins at 12am on September 18th and will close on September 20th at midnight.  To participate find an item or items from those listed below and note the LOT #.  As this is a silent auction, we will not be posting any bids, and as such there will not be an opportunity to counter bid. So bid to win! Note that many items are listed with a value and/or a minimum bid requirement that may help guide you on determining a price to bid.  When you’ve selected your items to bid on:

  • Submit your bid to countryfair@nullnorthwestpark.org.
  • Enter Auction in the subject line of your email.
  • Submit in the body of your email:
    • the $ Amount of your bid – Specify Lot # and Title of item
    • Name, phone number or text number
  • Bids must be submitted no later than midnight on September 20th.
  • Highest bid wins. In case of duplicate high bids, first email in gets the item.
  • There is NO bidding-up so make your bid a good one.

All winners will be notified via phone or text and pick-up will be by the end of the month (Sept. 30th). You may pay by cash, check or PayPal on our website.
