Thank you

Here's to 40 more years!

40 years ago, the Friends was formed as a support group for Northwest Park. Not long after their initial grouping, they were the driving force behind building and funding the nature center that you see today. Along with the center there are our 2 biggest fundraisers and crowd pleasers, the Country Fair and the Pancake breakfast. Over the years, there have been numerous accomplishments that brought this beautiful park to be tagged as “Windsor’s Hidden Gem” and then “Connecticut’s Hidden Gem”.

Check out all our events and keep coming back for updates and more.
